What we do

Four services, run end to end.

We supply the fuel, store it, move it on our own fleet, and clear it across the border ourselves. Nothing in that chain is handed to somebody else and hoped for.

Fuel supply

Diesel and petrol, delivered against contract.

Diesel (AGO) and petrol (PMS), sourced and delivered on contract to organisations that cannot afford an interruption: humanitarian operations, UN agencies, mines, construction sites and transport fleets. A dependable network means the delivery arrives when it was promised, and the operation never stops for want of fuel.

  • Contract supply to institutional buyers
  • Cross-border delivery into Uganda and the DRC

Fuel storage

Bulk facilities, on-site management, stock that is known.

Secure storage for customers who hold their own reserves: bulk facilities, on-site fuel management and inventory monitoring. Stock levels are measured, not estimated, and fuel is handled safely to standard so it is there when it is needed.

Fuel transportation

Our own tankers on the corridors we serve.

Howo, Shacman and FAW prime movers hauling 40,000 to 45,000 litre trailers. The fleet is owned, not brokered, which is what lets a delivery date be committed to rather than hoped for. Every delivery is managed with precision, compliance and on-time performance.

Clearing and forwarding

Customs, freight, cargo and cross-border logistics.

Customs clearance, freight forwarding, cargo handling and cross-border logistics, done by our own agents. Clearing is where cross-border fuel movement is usually delayed, so it is handled in-house rather than subcontracted, with the paperwork right and the timing kept.

Who we serve.

Every customer is an institution. Hirgal does not sell to the public, and the way we work is shaped by that: contracts, documentation and delivery windows rather than forecourts.
